Goal Setting for May

Want to make next month a success? It starts with getting reaaaaaaaally clear about your Top Goal.


There is nothing holy about January 1st being the date to start all new initiatives. In fact, it would be impossible to keep every New Years Resolution you desire through the end of the year. Reaching your goals takes consistent and intentional effort daily. Daily activity creates habits. And that is where the magic really happens.

When you're finished, move onto the Microhabits deck. You can plan, plan, plan but until you start doing the work, there is no sense of accomplishment.


It is warming up in Reno and I took a quick 15-minute break today to walk around the neighborhood. With the sun shining on my face I decided that my May Top Goal is to walk outside every single day.
